Paritua Vineyards is located in the heart of New Zealand's acclaimed wine-growing region, Hawkes Bay. Named after the gentle stream that wends its way through the vineyards, Paritua Vineyards is the realization of the dreams and efforts of Gary and Brianne Fisher to create a winery that hand-crafts artisanal wines expressing the unique attributes of the vineyard terroir, the high quality of the grapes grown, and the distinctive style of the winemaker. The estate vineyards are all stony soils across gentle contours, surrounded by hills and blessed with long, lingering summers and clear, crisp winters - exceptional conditions to create exceptional wines.
Paritua wines are made from the estate vineyard and select vineyards throughout New Zealand specifically chosen for their excellence and distinction. Wines bearing the Paritua label are produced only in outstanding vintages; the first vintage to be released was 2006, and now, also available from two excellent vintages are the 2007 and 2008 ranges.
