Northfield Wines is a small, family-run wine grower and producer with vineyards in both New Zealand and the United States. John and Sharon Chappell's history began seven years ago with an ideal property in the beautiful Waipara Valley, north of Christchurch on New Zealand's South Island. They soon expanded their operation to their other home, California. The Chappell's found the perfect small vineyard in the Napa Valley in 2006 that is currently undergoing restoration.

Oceania Wine Group distributes their Sauvignon Blanc-Sémillon, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Noir, all from Waipara Valley.
