A wonderful seam of limestone impressions underpin the crisp, green fruit flavors of the wine.

Winemaking Notes

The grapes were picked by hand and then gently pressed and settled. Fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, the fruit's aromatic freshness was preserved by cool vinification temperatures. Four months fermenting and aging on the gross and fine lees have added weight and complexity to the nose and palate. The final blend was bottled in November, 2007.
