Red Wire Hawkes Bay 2006 - Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
The innovative Zork® closure was selected to complement the Red Wire experience ... unwinding the Zork® top results in something akin to a 'red wire'. Be sure to push it all the way back in when using to re-close the bottle!
Tasting Notes
A clean, medium weight New World red with appealing berry fruits, underlined with attractive herbs and spices. This wine is lightly oaked and blended from Hawkes Bay Cabernet Sauvignon (54%) and Merlot (20%). The tannins are fine and supple and make this an approachable red blend with elegance. Perfect with grilled meats, pizza and pasta dishes.
